No Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 13, 2025

This No Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs your purchase and use of services from

Yuyi Agency, RP Profits LLC.

(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. No Refunds

All fees paid to RP Profits LLC are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

-Monthly service fees

-Setup, onboarding, or administrative fees (if applicable)

-Payments for additional services or custom requests

We do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including:

-Early cancellation

-Downgrade of services

-Failure to use the service

-Dissatisfaction with the service

All sales are final.

This applies regardless of your usage, perceived value, or outcome from using our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that you shall not initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes, and any such action will constitute a breach of this Policy.

2. Recurring Billing and Cancellations

Our services are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method each month until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation requests must be received at least three (3) calendar days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Cancellations made less than three (3) days before the next renewal will apply to the following billing cycle, and the current charge will stand.

To cancel, you must email us at [email protected] or use the designated cancellation process outlined in your client dashboard (if available).

3. Modifications to Services or Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction within [Caguas, Puerto Rico].
